SHIPPING and ORDERS

When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • During high volume (sales, promos, holidays), allow up to 5 business days.

  • International orders included.

  • Orders placed after 12pm EST are counted as the next business day.

How do I check my order status?

  • Log into My Account → Order History to view your order status and tracking.

What are my shipping options?

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on U.S. domestic orders of $100+

  • $50–$99.99 = $10

  • $1–$49.99 = $12 (+$4 surcharge for orders under $25)

Delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. BIRDIEBEE is not liable for lost/stolen packages or delivery delays due to forces beyond our control.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes. BIRDIEBEE ships worldwide.

  • Duties/taxes calculated via FlavorCloud at checkout.

  • Customer responsible for duties if FlavorCloud is unavailable.

  • Gifts with Purchase are subject to international shipping logistics -- physical items may be supplemented with a gift card or another branded item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

⚠️ MANDATORY POLICY DISCLOSURE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

Store Credit Only: All returns on items purchased with promotions/discounts above 29%, gift-with-purchase, gift-card-with-purchase, or marked “final sale” are only eligible for store credit.

Refunds to Original Payment: Only available for full-price items, or items discounted 29% or less, purchased without gifts or exclusions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

How to Return:

  • Returns must be requested and shipped to our warehouse within 10 days of delivery. (Proof of shipment may be required.)

  • All returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee (deducted from refund/credit).

  • If Birdiebee issues a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund at our discretion.

  • One prepaid return label is provided per order when applicable. Additional shipments must be self-paid.

  • International returns require pre-approval. Customer pays return shipping + $10 restocking fee.

Returnable Items: Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, scents, snags, scuffs, or tears. Customers must wear underwear when trying on garments for hygiene.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, intimates, socks, hats, footwear, worn or laundered garments, and any items missing tags or showing signs of wear or residue.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds/credits are issued within 10 business days.

  • Refund methods:
    • Original payment method (full-price purchases & items discounted 20% or less)
    • Store credit (all promo/sale orders, all GWP orders, and all exchanges)

  • Multiple returns against the same store credit may have additional shipping costs deducted.

Exchanges: Processed as store credit only. If re-purchasing the same item at a higher price, you may email love@birdiebee.com for price match or adjustment inquiries (not guaranteed and subject to promotion terms).

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed. Cancellation processes are automated; we cannot override them manually.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery with order # and photo evidence to love@birdiebee.com (Subject: ORDER ISSUE). Do not return without contacting customer service first. Issues reported after 5 days will be reviewed at Birdiebee’s discretion, with no guarantee of approval.

Warranty: 30-day warranty on defects in material/workmanship (Birdiebee.com purchases only). Not valid for third-party resellers. Excludes normal wear, negligence, accidents, or improper care. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or credited at Birdiebee’s discretion.

  • Every style, fabrication, and body fits everybody differently… We're here to help!

  • Please email love@birdiebee.com for assistance during your shopping experience if you would like detailed information about fits and measurements.

  • Although we are unable to predict exactly how an item will fit you personally, we can give you the insight to shop with confidence!

  • VERSATILE and VERSATILE+ are our one-size-fits-most, flexible fits that look great styled a multitude of ways.

    • Suggested: VERSATILE: XS–XL

    • Suggested: VERSATILE+: XL–2X

GIFT CARDS

  • Delivered via email. No processing fees.

  • Non-refundable, non-returnable.

  • Purchases made with gift cards may only be refunded as gift card balance.

FRAUD NOTICE

FRAUD NOTICE: Fraudulent orders, false claims, abuse of promotions, chargeback threats, intimidation tactics, or return exploitation will result in:

  • Additional restocking fees.

  • Permanent account closure.

  • Blocking of associated IP addresses and payment methods.

  • Notification to fraud monitoring services and/or law enforcement where applicable.

  • Potential legal action to recover losses.

By making a purchase on Birdiebee.com, you:

  • Acknowledge you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

  • Understand that store credit is the only remedy for promo/sale/GWP returns.

  • Accept that final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
