This website is operated by Birdiebee Worldwide LLC, doing business as Birdiebee (“Birdiebee,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Birdiebee.

Birdiebee offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein and posted on our website, including without limitation our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, Ambassador Program Policy, and Fraud Notice.

These policies are incorporated into these Terms and may be updated at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for updates. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.


SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.


SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.


SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.


SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to limit sales, refuse service, and discontinue products at any time.


SECTION 5A – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

⚠️ MANDATORY POLICY DISCLOSURE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • STORE CREDIT ONLY: All returns on items purchased with promotions/discounts above 20%, gift-with-purchase, gift-card-with-purchase, or marked “final sale” are only eligible for store credit.

  • REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT: Only available for full-price items, or items discounted 20% or less, purchased without gifts or exclusions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS: Not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

How do I return?

  • Returns must be requested and shipped to our warehouse within 10 days of delivery. (Proof of shipment may be required.)

  • All returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee (deducted from refund/credit).

  • One prepaid return label is provided per order (when applicable). Additional shipments must be self-paid.

  • For approval, email love@birdiebee.com (Subject: RETURN) and include your order #.

  • Self-shipped returns must include carrier tracking and proof of delivery.

  • International returns require pre-approval. Customer pays return shipping + $20 restocking fee.

What items are returnable?

  • Items returned within the 10-day window from delivery.

  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Absolutely no makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other residue may be present.

  • Items must be free of snags, scuffs, or tears.

  • Customers must wear underwear when trying on garments for hygiene.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Intimates, socks, hats, footwear.

  • Worn, laundered, or tag-less garments.

  • Items with makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains/scents.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds/credits are issued within 10 business days.

  • Refund methods:
    • Original payment method (full-price purchases & items discounted 20% or less)
    • Store credit (all promo/sale orders, all GWP orders, and all exchanges)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Multiple returns against the same store credit may have additional shipping costs deducted.

Exchanges:

  • Processed as store credit only.

  • If re-purchasing the same item at a higher price, email love@birdiebee.com for price match or adjustment inquiries. Price matches/adjustments are not guaranteed and are subject to promotion terms.

Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed.

  • Cancellation processes are automated; we cannot override them manually.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

  • Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include order # and photo evidence to love@birdiebee.com (Subject: ORDER ISSUE).

  • Do not return without contacting customer service first.

  • Issues reported after 5 days will be reviewed at Birdiebee’s discretion, with no guarantee of approval.

Warranty:

  • 30-day warranty on defects in material/workmanship (Birdiebee.com purchases only).

  • Not valid for third-party resellers.

  • Excludes normal wear, negligence, accidents, or improper care.

  • Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or credited at Birdiebee’s discretion.


SECTION 6 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain submissions, or without request you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, photos, or other materials (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, use such content.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC), SOCIAL MEDIA TAGS & AMBASSADOR SUBMISSIONS
By posting, uploading, or sharing content related to Birdiebee products or services, including but not limited to:

  • Using Birdiebee hashtags (#birdiebee, #mybirdiebee, #yourbirdiebee, #birdiebeepartner)

  • Tagging Birdiebee’s official social media accounts

  • Submitting an ambassador program inquiry or application (including any photos or content submitted by email to community@birdiebee.com or love@birdiebee.com)

  • Or otherwise publicly associating your content with Birdiebee

You grant Birdiebee Worldwide LLC (dba Birdiebee) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such content in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotion, and commercial use.

This license remains valid and enforceable even if you later remove, delete, edit, or alter the original content, including but not limited to untagging Birdiebee accounts, changing captions, or removing hashtags.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to such content, and that Birdiebee’s use of the content will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You waive any right to royalties, credit, or compensation arising from Birdiebee’s lawful use of the content.

Consent Notice: If you believe your photo or content has been submitted, uploaded, or tagged without your permission, please contact us immediately at community@birdiebee.com (Subject: CONSENT). We take your privacy and rights seriously.


SECTION 7 – FRAUD NOTICE

Fraudulent orders, false claims, abusive behavior, or return exploitation will not be tolerated. Accounts flagged for abuse may incur additional restocking fees, be permanently closed, have associated IP addresses blocked, and may be subject to legal action.
